Step 1 : Spread the formwork on existing CC Road/GSB

Step 2 : Put iron spikes or use a channel with pre-fabricated spikes

Step 3 : Tie all ropes to the iron spikes across the width of carriageway

Step 4 : Pour M30 concrete into cells using a batch mix plant

Step 5 : Remove Channel and use for next installation

Step 6 : Compaction with plate vibrator/static roller

Step 7 : Levelling

Step 8 : Curing
